The location is pretty convenient, sitting between two hotspots, less than 10 km from both Hurghada and El Gouna, especially great if you’ve got a car. The Family Studio was quite spacious for a couple, making it comfortable for a short stay.
The aesthetic could use a boost, as the surroundings aren't directly at the beach. Hallways can be noisy. expect echoes at night and doors that require slamming to close properly, which might keep you up. Some dining surprises, like finding rice on toast, were a tad unexpected, and the menu could use some visuals. Waking up at night to a barking dog was also less than ideal. there's no spa on-site and a lack of shuttle service to El Gouna, contrary to what I thought I read. Despite these quirks, I still had an enjoyable experience overall.

Enjoyed the spacious Studio with Pool View, but the restaurant service could be quite slow during busy hours. A few fun activities like billiards kept us entertained.

pleasant stay with some room for improvement
The room featured a modern design and cleanliness that made my stay enjoyable. A pool view added tranquility and was perfect for relaxation. The small on-site shop offered a good variety of essentials, which I found very convenient.
The breakfast hours were a bit late for my schedule.

The location is quite secluded, with very few nearby amenities, making transportation a necessity. there was a persistent issue with stray dogs barking throughout the night, which impacted sleep quality. the homemade pizza at the restaurant stood out as a highlight, and despite the challenges, the spacious studio offered a nice view of the pool area.

The new buildings are super clean and stylish! Loved the big pool and all four options to splash around. Also appreciated how the shop had better prices than the city.
Sometimes the restaurant service was pretty slow, which kinda took away from the good food they served.
